Complex Director Revenue Management

NDM Hospitality ServicesBoca Raton, FL
Hybrid

About The Position

Rentyl Resorts is looking for a Complex Director of Revenue Management to set commercial strategy across one of Central Florida's most distinctive hospitality portfolios - branded hotel resorts, vacation-home cottages, and RV & outdoor hospitality properties under one roof. This is a rare mandate: most revenue leaders spend a career in hotels alone. Here, you'll build pricing and distribution strategy across fundamentally different demand curves - group and transient hotel business alongside cabins, RV sites, and drive-market outdoor travel - and you'll do it as a genuine seat at the leadership table, not a back-office analyst function. You will report to the VP of Revenue and partner directly with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership across the portfolio, with a clear runway to shape how revenue management scales as the company grows. This role is a hybrid role and can be based in the Orlando or Boca Raton area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, plus 5+ years in hotels or resorts, including 4+ years focused specifically on revenue management.
  • A track record of managing revenue across more than one property or a full region, not just a single asset.
  • Fluency in RMS platforms (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Newbook), PMS systems, and the analytical rigor to back decisions with statistical and competitive data.
  • Sharp command of Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to turn a data set into a leadership-ready story.
  • A bias for speed - comfortable adjusting strategy in real time as market conditions shift.
  • The presence to influence General Managers and senior leadership, and the communication skill to make revenue strategy land with non-revenue audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with independent (non-branded) hotel operations.
  • Direct experience with RV resorts, outdoor hospitality, or vacation-home/cottage rental management - a strong differentiator for this role.
  • CRME certification or equivalent professional revenue management credential.

Responsibilities

  • Own the forecasting engine - short- and long-term demand, group and transient pace, occupancy and rate trends - across a multi-property, multi-product portfolio.
  • Set pricing, allocate inventory, and hold rate parity across every channel, from OTAs and wholesale to direct and RV-specific booking platforms.
  • Identify and act on market-mix opportunities - new segments, channel shifts, packaging - that grow revenue without inflating acquisition cost.
  • Partner with GMs, Sales, and Marketing to translate portfolio strategy into property-specific action, and represent revenue management on the executive committee.
  • Own the RMS and reporting stack, and set the standard for how the organization uses data to make pricing decisions.
  • Build, coach, and develop the revenue team, and put a real succession plan in place for the next generation of revenue talent.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Great Perks and Benefits - Work with a "Win from within company"
