About The Position

You will be the Completion Supervisor, F-16 Build Team - Level 3 for the F-16 Build Team which is responsible for overseeing weekend‑shift manufacturing of critical F‑16 structural components. As the Completion Supervisor, F-16 Build Team you will be responsible for leading the weekend shift (Fri‑Sun) to deliver high‑quality F‑16 structures on schedule.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience in Aviation Production or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
• Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in sheet metal work, along with a relevant certification such as a licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic or FAA Airframe Inspector.
• Previous experience in aviation structural repair or manufacturing associated with drill, ream, and countersink knowledge - skill - and abilities.
• Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend‑shift manufacturing of critical F‑16 structural components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedule commitments.
• Manage safety, quality, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process controls throughout the shift.
• Develop and execute strategies to handle out‑of‑station work and maintain continuous production flow.
• Supervise the build process for F‑16 Block 70 sub‑assemblies, including forward fuselage and cockpit structures.
• Foster a culture of accountability, recognize superior performance, and address performance issues promptly.
