This role involves partnering with field locations in the U.S. and other countries to administer compensation programs aligned with Corporate policy. The specialist will handle inquiries, interpret company policy and government regulations, and provide solutions to compensation-related issues. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, determining U.S. FLSA exemption status, recommending compensation grade assignments, and participating in industry compensation surveys to ensure competitive pay practices. The role also provides administrative support for short-term incentive plans, conducts data audits in Workday, supports compensation plan configuration, develops and monitors global salary ranges, and completes global merit budget analysis. Additionally, the specialist will assist in the annual compensation planning process, evaluate and analyze compensation practices, ensure compliance with laws, and support executive compensation analysis and other departmental projects.
