This role involves partnering with field locations in the U.S. and other countries to administer compensation programs aligned with Corporate policy. The specialist will handle inquiries, interpret company policy and government regulations, and provide solutions to compensation-related issues. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, determining U.S. FLSA exemption status, and recommending compensation grade assignments. The role also requires participation in industry compensation surveys, providing administrative support for short-term incentive plans, conducting data audits in Workday, and developing/monitoring global salary ranges. Additionally, the specialist will complete global merit budget analysis, assist in annual compensation planning, evaluate and analyze compensation practices, ensure legal compliance, and support executive compensation projects and other departmental initiatives.
