About The Position

As a Compensation Sr. Analyst, you will contribute to Capital Group’s Global Compensation Team within Human Resources, supporting work that advances the people dimension of our business strategy. In partnership with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders, you will help develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies, and job analyses.

Requirements

4+ years of compensation experience
Experience providing broad client coverage support to other compensation associates or managing a business client group relationship
Experience with cyclical compensation work (market study, survey analysis, annual bonus programs, etc.)
Experience analyzing and providing recommendations on various standard and exception-based compensation recommendations/actions (e.g., promotions, offers, transfers, etc.)
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve how work gets done
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with and analyzing large datasets

Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies, and job analyses using strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Contribute to and/or lead the development of compensation educational materials, communications, process documentation, and process improvements.
Serve as a practice leader and keeps abreast of external compensation trends.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve how work gets done.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
