About The Position

Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week. As a Temporary Compensation Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Total Rewards team by helping ensure our compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business needs. In this role, you'll use market data, compensation surveys, and analytical insights to evaluate positions, support compensation decisions, and help maintain the integrity of our compensation structure. This is an exciting opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex business challenges, and partnering with stakeholders to drive informed pay decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Four or more years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Significant experience with market pricing and job evaluation.
  • Experience using major compensation survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, Aon Radford, Salary.com, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary administration, and market pricing methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
  • Ability to provide thoughtful recommendations based on market data and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing analyses for new and existing positions using multiple compensation survey sources and market data.
  • Evaluate and benchmark jobs to determine appropriate pay grades and salary structures based on internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze compensation data and develop recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation-related actions.
  • Participate in the development, review, and maintenance of job descriptions to support accurate job evaluation and market alignment.
  • Interpret salary survey data and identify appropriate survey matches based on job responsibilities and organizational structure.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure compensation practices support business objectives and talent strategies.
  • Utilize compensation data and reporting tools to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
