Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or closely-related field
  • A minimum of 3 years related compensation experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong Excel skills using formulas, functions & pivot tables
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting compensation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate PowerBI skills or the willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market studies as requested by HR, recruiters and/or managers
  • Manage the participation of all salary and benefits surveys
  • Partners with the Sr Compensation Administrator in all aspects of HDR salary and incentive planning processes
  • Maintain Payfactors market pricing system by ensuring upload of salary survey results and updating employee data
  • Manage the HR portion of the prevailing wage administration
  • Prepare quarterly compensation reports for internal Board members
  • Update geographic differential report quarterly for recruiters and HR reps
  • Complete the market pricing portion of annual FAR audit
  • Work with internal compliance, accounting staff and external auditors as needed
  • Manages the annual Straight-Time Overtime Exemption Audit
  • Responsible for the Equal Pay audits for Canada
  • Provide compensation-related information for the annual Total Compensation Statements
  • Assists the Diversity and Inclusion team with the annual pay equity testing analysis
  • Perform other duties as needed
