This temporary, non-benefited position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the compensation program. The Temporary Compensation Analyst will assist with market pricing activities to help ensure internal equity and external competitiveness while supporting the University’s overall compensation philosophy. This role will also provide analytical and administrative support related to compensation processes, policy interpretation, and compensation-related projects. This is a temporary, hourly position anticipated to last until October 30, 2026. This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1000 hours in a calendar year.
