About The Position

An in-home care and assistance company is hiring caregivers and home health aides to provide care and assistance to clients in their homes. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, help with errands and appointments, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling across weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. The listed interview location is McDonald’s at 200 N Loop 59, Atlanta, Texas 75551; this is for the interview only and is not the job location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate (listed as a preferred qualification).
• Six or more months of experience as a caregiver or home health aide in a healthcare setting, at home or in a facility (listed as a preferred qualification).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathroom or bedpan use, bathing, oral care, shaving, and skin and hair care.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Accompany clients on errands or to medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
