The Community and Workforce Development Department is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Outside Agency Program Coordinator to support our work with nonprofit partners across Pima County. This position plays a vital role in advancing community impact by ensuring that contracted agencies receive strong support, clear guidance, and consistent oversight. The Program Coordinator will work closely with departmental leadership to manage and coordinate activities, contracts, and ongoing partnerships with nonprofit service providers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and committed to supporting high quality services for residents throughout Pima County.
