Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates, providing support with applications, interview coordination, and onboarding activities within Workday, while ensuring clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with new-hire onboarding by ensuring all required Workday tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes. Collect, review, and verify new-hire documentation, including Form I-9, in compliance with federal requirements. Upload and maintain candidate and new-hire documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality into the shared drive. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday). Provide administrative support to the Workforce Development and Human Resources teams as needed. Occasional travel may be required to support job sites, job fairs, hiring events, orientations, and workforce development initiatives, including outreach to Spanish-speaking communities.
