About The Position

Easterseals Port Health is hiring a Community Support Team (CST)-Team Lead. This role offers a flexible schedule working partly remote and the other within the community. CST is a direct and indirect periodic rehabilitative service in which CST members provide medically necessary services and interventions to address the diagnostic and clinical needs of individuals and help them successfully transition to community living. As a Community Support Team Lead, you will provide clinical guidance and supervisory oversight to other clinicians on their team. You may also provide direct interventions with persons served including psychotherapy, counseling, and coordination/development of the person-centered plan. This position will serve the Wake and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Ability to provide services in various community locations as needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records software.
• Passion for helping others.
• Adept at linking clients to community resources.
• Holds a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LPA or Provisional license.
• A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record.
• Travel to Wake County and surrounding areas.
