Provide direct assistance and facilitate each client’s experience and participation in their own home and their community. Ensure that the client’s home in the community operates appropriately and safely within the policies and regulations set forth by licensing and funding agencies and in accordance with the agency Mission, Values and Code of Ethic. Assist in the development and execution of services for the client. Oversee the Individual Support Plan and client support services. Ensure quality assurance. Maintain appropriate documentation.
