The Community Support Associate will provide individual and group services to youth ages 14-25 who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder. This role involves teaching emotion regulation skills, crisis coping skills, independent living skills, and other identified skills. The associate will also educate clients on community resources, complete billing and weekly reports, manage employees and the building, develop the monthly calendar, conduct outreach, track employee trainings, order supplies, complete grocery shopping, drive the transportation van, and attend assigned trainings. This is a Regular Full-Time position.
