The Community Safety Specialist (“CSS”) is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the facility by regularly monitoring the activities of residents and ensuring their compliance with program policy and procedures. They further ensure protection of all personnel and possessions while simultaneously ensuring the facility is clean, safe and operating in an orderly manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the safety and security of the facility
• Regularly monitoring the activities of residents
• Ensuring resident compliance with program policy and procedures
• Ensuring protection of all personnel and possessions
• Ensuring the facility is clean, safe and operating in an orderly manner
