Position Summary The Community Safety Specialist is a mobile residential support professional who works across assigned Anchor homes. The role conducts routine and unannounced safety, wellness, quality, and compliance checks; responds to incidents and resident concerns; and helps resident managers maintain safe, calm, and stable homes. This position calls for sound judgment, a steady presence, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate tense situations. The Community Safety Specialist documents what they observe, addresses appropriate issues within company guidelines, and promptly involves management, clinical resources, emergency services, or other qualified professionals when a situation exceeds the role's scope.
