About The Position

The Community Relations Internship provides an opportunity to learn about the planning, execution and implementation of Community Relations/Kroenke Sports Charities department. The position will assist with the coordination of department programs, community events and player appearances.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
• Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments

Nice To Haves

• Currently pursuing a college degree
• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets community programs
• Assists with Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets license plate campaign
• Assists with Community Pride Ticket program
• Assists with Autograph item donation program
• Assists with Game night programs and events
• Assists with Department inventory management and organization
• Assists with Kroenke Sports Charities Fundraising Events
• Assists with Data entry, photo labeling and department metrics management
• Assists with League initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
