Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• A genuine passion for community engagement, volunteerism, and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, public relations, nonprofit organizations, or community outreach is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support community engagement campaigns that align with company goals and corporate initiatives.
• Respond professionally to community inquiries and feedback while maintaining positive public relationships.
• Research local organizations, partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and community needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to support outreach efforts.
• Monitor, track, and report community engagement metrics and program performance.
• Help identify new opportunities to increase community involvement and strengthen brand awareness.
