About The Position

We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Community Relations Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or motivated individuals looking to build a career in community relations, event marketing, public relations, communications, and brand management. As a Community Relations Assistant, you'll help strengthen relationships between our clients and the communities they serve by supporting promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns. You'll receive paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship while working alongside experienced marketing professionals. No prior experience is required. We provide the training and support you need to succeed.

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, communications, nonprofit organizations, or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support community outreach campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations.
  • Represent client brands at live events while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build positive relationships with community members, customers, and event attendees.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community events and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate promotional campaigns, products, and services in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Collect customer feedback and community insights to help improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain brand standards across all public-facing communications and event materials.
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to support campaign objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communications, leadership, and professional development.
