About The Position

We are a growing event marketing and fundraising firm dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations and community partners increase awareness, build meaningful connections, and achieve fundraising goals through live events and community outreach. We are looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals who are eager to launch a career in event marketing, public relations, fundraising, and community engagement. No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit and community partners at promotional events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Engage with event attendees in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
Educate community members about client missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives.
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Support fundraising efforts by encouraging community participation and donor engagement.
Build positive relationships with supporters, local businesses, and community members.
Maintain accurate records of event participation and campaign performance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
Uphold a positive brand image while representing clients and the company.
