About The Position

We are hiring a motivated and community-focused Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team. No previous experience is required—our comprehensive paid training and hands-on mentorship programs provide the support and skills needed to succeed. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will support outreach campaigns, connect with community members, and help increase awareness of important programs, services, and initiatives. You will represent nonprofit partners and community organizations while creating meaningful relationships through direct communication and engagement. This role offers valuable experience in community relations, public engagement, marketing, communication, and campaign coordination while developing professional skills that can lead to future career growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No previous outreach, nonprofit, marketing, or communications experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with new people.
