About The Position

Ellie Mental Health – Concord is seeking a proactive, personable relationship-builder to nurture professional referral partnerships, expand appropriate clinical referrals, and increase awareness and participation in Path To Hope™ non-clinical education and community programs. This role focuses on listening to community partners, understanding clinicians and programs, following through consistently, and connecting people with relevant resources—not general marketing or flyer distribution. The position is part-time at 10 hours per week and reports to the Clinic Owner. The work arrangement is described as a flexible mix of community outreach, remote administrative work, and occasional onsite meetings in St. Louis County and surrounding communities. The posting also states that this is a remote position. The specialist will develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and behavioral-health professionals; coordinate outreach with clinician specialties, insurance plans, and appointment capacity; and promote Path To Hope™ educational series, workshops, and creative wellness programs. The role includes tracking outreach and referral activity, maintaining a CRM or outreach tracker, providing weekly summaries, and coordinating with clinic leadership, operations, scheduling, clinicians, and marketing partners. Clinical credentials are not required. Social media support may be provided occasionally if the specialist has relevant experience, but ongoing social media management is not a primary responsibility. Success is measured through partner engagement, new and re-engaged referral relationships, trackable referrals and scheduled intakes, Path To Hope program inquiries and registrations, timely follow-up, accurate CRM records, and progress against agreed monthly and quarterly goals. During the first 90 days, the specialist will learn clinic services and programs, review and prioritize partner relationships, establish a tracking cadence, conduct outreach, report early trends, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication, curiosity, relationship-building skills, and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools, email, and basic performance reporting.
  • Sound professional judgment and discretion.
  • Independent time management.
  • Reliable local transportation.
  • Clinical credentials are not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in community outreach, business development, healthcare marketing, nonprofit partnerships, or related work.
  • Interest in mental health, family well-being, and community education.
  • Social media content creation, Canva, and digital promotion experience.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic social analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing referral partners, including healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and behavioral-health professionals.
  • Develop a focused pipeline of new partnerships through calls, emails, in-person visits, and selected networking events.
  • Identify collaborative opportunities such as community presentations, educational workshops, and partner events.
  • Learn clinicians’ specialties, populations served, accepted insurance plans, and current availability.
  • Coordinate with clinic leadership and scheduling to prioritize outreach according to appointment capacity and community needs.
  • Track referral sources and referral-to-scheduled-intake trends, and share barriers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Introduce Path To Hope™ educational series, workshops, and creative wellness programs to relevant schools, employers, parent groups, and community organizations.
  • Develop partnerships that support program registrations, attendance, and sustained community engagement.
  • Help people find appropriate pathways to clinical services when they request therapy, while distinguishing non-clinical education from psychotherapy.
  • Maintain an accurate, practical CRM or outreach tracker with contacts, conversations, next steps, and follow-up dates.
  • Provide a brief weekly summary of outreach, referral trends, program opportunities, and next actions.
  • Coordinate priorities and messaging with the Clinic Owner, clinic operations and scheduling teams, clinicians, and marketing partners.
  • Use approved materials and follow privacy, confidentiality, and brand standards.
  • Identify partnership stories, community events, and educational offerings suitable for digital promotion.
  • If experienced, support occasional social posts or content coordination for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using approved messaging and permissions.
  • Learn clinician services and Path To Hope offerings, review existing relationships, prioritize approximately 20–30 partners, and establish a tracking cadence during the first 30 days.
  • Reconnect with priority partners, develop new relationships, and promote relevant programs during days 31–60.
  • Demonstrate consistent outreach, report early referral and program-engagement trends, and recommend improvements during days 61–90.
