About The Position

Kemper is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Outreach Specialist to grow its brands through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and digital outreach. The role expands brand awareness and localization across key markets by building relationships with schools, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and local organizations, and by representing Kemper at conventions, vendor meetings, and community events.

The position combines traditional community outreach with digital marketing. The specialist will help develop SEO backlink strategies, coordinate bilingual content partnerships, and drive engagement to increase visibility for Kemper’s brand websites. This is a remote role, with priority given to candidates residing in Florida or Texas. Candidates must be able to travel throughout Florida or Texas.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or public relations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort speaking publicly in English and Spanish.
• General knowledge of SEO or digital outreach; the posting describes this as ideal but also states it is required.
• Ability to travel throughout Florida or Texas.
