About The Position

Kemper is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Outreach Specialist to grow its brands through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and digital outreach. The role expands brand awareness and localization across key markets by building relationships with schools, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and other local organizations. The specialist also represents Kemper at conventions, vendor meetings, and community events.

The position combines traditional community outreach with digital marketing. It includes helping develop SEO backlink strategies, coordinating bilingual content partnerships, and driving engagement to increase visibility for Kemper’s brand websites. This is a remote role, with priority given to candidates residing in Florida or Texas who can travel throughout their state.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or public relations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort speaking publicly in English and Spanish.
• Candidates must be able to travel throughout Florida or Texas.
• Sponsorship is not accepted for this position.

Responsibilities
