We’re looking for an enthusiastic and mission-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to grow Girl Scout membership through outreach programming and event management. This role is responsible for developing and executing dynamic, data-informed plans that engage girls in flexible pathways in and outside the school day. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with schools, community partners, and volunteers to drive girl programming that reach current and prospective members through the outreach pathways, events, or through council-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding access to Girl Scouting and will have strong relationship management skills, be comfortable communicating the Girl Scout program in small and large groups and use data driven insights to create and execute a year-round and robust outreach and/or program plans. This role is located within our central/Lima region and assigned to support schools and service units in the following counties: Allen, VanWert, Hardin, Mercer, Auglaize, Shelby, Logan.
