About The Position

Friendly Faces Senior Care is hiring energetic, outgoing, and compassionate Community Outreach & Activities Coordinators to connect with seniors and the community. The role involves building relationships with senior living communities, hosting activities and events, networking with referral partners, and representing the organization in the community. The position is part-time at approximately 20 hours per week. Additional caregiving shifts may be available at caregiver pay rates of $14–$15 per hour, allowing team members to supplement their hours up to a total of 40 hours weekly. Compensation for this coordinator role is $17 per hour, with bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and a company AMEX card with up to a $1,000 monthly activity and event budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host senior activities, happy hours, bingo, wellness events, socials, and community outreach events.
• Visit senior living communities, rehab centers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Build and maintain referral relationships.
• Ensure brochures and marketing materials are stocked.
• Represent Friendly Faces Senior Care professionally in the community.
• Help create engaging experiences for seniors and families.
