About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly, outgoing Community Marketing Program Greeter to welcome guests and support sales tour booking efforts. In this public-facing role, the Greeter draws attention to the company’s booth or event area, engages passersby, and directs interested individuals to program representatives. The position involves working indoors and outdoors in busy environments, sometimes with loud noise. During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After training, compensation is the applicable state minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses. Target annual compensation is $75,000, comprised of hourly pay and commissions; top performers who exceed minimum production requirements may earn $118,000 or more. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage members of the public in high-traffic areas.
- Provide basic program information and direct individuals to staff.
- Support booth or event setup and maintain a clean, organized space.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
