About The Position
As a Greeter, you’ll work onsite at Busch Gardens as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. This sales-based role involves engaging prospective customers in face-to-face conversations and sharing information about the vacation club experience. The position requires full-time availability, including weekends and holidays, daytime and nighttime. Employment is conditional on successfully completing a pre-employment drug test.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly, energetic, outgoing, and people-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to handle stress in a high-customer-demand hospitality environment.
- Ability to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
- Professional appearance and cordial attitude toward guests and staff.
- Ability to stand for hours at a time, indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Full-time availability to work weekends and holidays, during daytime and nighttime hours.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.
