About The Position

The Community Manager leads operations at Streamliner 67 in Phoenix, Arizona, and helps shape the residents’ experience by fostering an empowering, inclusive, and connected community. The role oversees daily property operations, team development, budgets, rent collection, resident communications, leasing, compliance, maintenance coordination, safety, and community engagement. The position reports to the Asset Director and supports client communications. This role requires on-site work as scheduled; property assignments, work location, schedule, and hours may change based on business needs, operational requirements, or owner/client requests.

Requirements

At least 2 years of multi-family leasing management experience.
Strong financial and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
High school diploma.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
