The Community Manager will receive general supervision and direction from their Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM), with the potential to make discretionary decisions. Communication with the Owner will be through TM Associates Management Officers. The Community Manager is accountable for the complete operation of the site, supervising all TMAM staff associated with the community and ensuring their performance standards.
