Responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned park or parks, modeling the organizational Purpose, Values, and Standards consistently. This role involves overseeing on-site operations of a mobile home and RV community, sustaining and increasing occupancy rates, ensuring timely revenue collections, and enforcing community rules and regulations. The Community Leader will also build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members, assist in marketing and showing spaces for rent, and manage the rental process for prospective residents. Additionally, the role includes collecting rent, serving resident notices, performing basic maintenance tasks, and communicating daily with management regarding any issues or recommendations.
