About The Position

The Community Manager oversees operations at Haven Apartments, a multifamily community in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on resident satisfaction and financial performance through hands-on leadership, leasing, renewals, collections, and delinquency reduction. The Community Manager leads and develops the onsite team, works with leadership on value-add initiatives such as renovations, marketing, and resident retention, and ensures compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to repositioning and improving the community and to gain experience with renovations, leasing strategies, and NOI growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.
• Valid driver's license and an insured, operable vehicle.
