About The Position

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Community Manager (also described as Manager of Community Operations) for communities in Buckeye/Goodyear, Arizona. The role oversees community operations and financial performance while helping deliver five-star service. The position includes managing revenue expectations, operating expenses, delinquency, financial reporting, team development, hiring and performance management, property inspections, and property enhancements. The anticipated base pay is $77,000–$80,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Requirements

At least 3 years of people management experience.
At least 2 years of community manager experience in a luxury multifamily setting.
Demonstrated coaching and employee development ability.
Financial acumen and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, provide forecasting, and develop proactive plans for asset financial performance.
Coach, mentor, and inspire administrative and service personnel, coordinating activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
Oversee hiring and ongoing employee performance management using appropriate HR processes and candid conversations.
Conduct regular property inspections and propose, own, and execute plans for property enhancements.
