About The Position

The Community Manager leads property operations at Benson Downs Luxury Apartment Homes, a 312-unit Class A garden-style apartment community in Renton, Washington. The role oversees the property’s business operations and financial objectives, leads and develops the property operations team, and works with the Regional Property Manager on budgeting. The Community Manager monitors local market trends, develops and implements monthly marketing plans, ensures vacant apartments are ready to lease promptly, and helps ensure resident maintenance requests are resolved within established time frames. The role also builds rapport with residents to support a quality living experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of related multifamily property management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with property management software; Yardi is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience managing Class A luxury communities.
Experience with Yardi property management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee all property business operations and ensure established financial objectives are achieved.
Hire, manage, coach, develop, and inspire the property operations team.
Work with the Regional Property Manager to develop and administer the property’s annual budget.
Monitor local market trends and develop and implement a monthly marketing plan.
Work with the property operations team to ensure vacant apartments are ready to lease in a timely manner.
Ensure resident maintenance requests are resolved within established time frames.
Build rapport with residents and help them enjoy a quality living experience.
