About The Position

Next Level Pros is looking for a Community Manager to help us create a world-class experience for our members. This role will serve as the concierge for our community, making sure members feel supported, connected, and taken care of throughout their experience with Next Level Pros. You will be the bridge between our members and leadership, helping with everything from workshops and coaching calls to resources, requests, and important moments in their lives and businesses. Our goal is to create a community experience that feels personal, high-touch, and luxury-level.

Experience in hospitality, concierge services, events, customer success, executive support, or community management

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for community members
Help members register for workshops, events, and coaching calls
Make sure members have the correct links, resources, courses, and access
Track member requests and ensure deliverables are completed
Conduct regular calls, texts, and personal touch points with members
Build relationships and understand each member's business, goals, and needs
Remember and recognize birthdays, anniversaries, business wins, and important milestones
Identify disengaged members and proactively reconnect them
Communicate member feedback, needs, and opportunities to leadership
Help create memorable experiences and surprise-and-delight moments
Travel with the team for select workshops, retreats, and events
