About The Position
Provide Community Living Supports (CLS) services to a participant in Hickman, Kentucky. The position is for 10 hours per week at a contract rate of $18 per hour. The role involves individualized support, assistance with daily living skills, promoting independence, encouraging community participation and social engagement, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and following the participant’s individualized service plan.
