About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Community Life & Transportation Associate to plan and carry out a well-rounded, refined, wellness-centered community life program that supports residents’ health, well-being, and continued ability to thrive. The role offers the opportunity to provide services and develop meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living community. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with seniors, takes pride in their work, and can represent Watermark’s operating principles.
Requirements
- Current driver’s license in good standing.
- Passion for working with seniors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience preparing and implementing activities preferred.
- Experience in resident programming preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement activities and resident programming.
- Support a comprehensive, well-rounded, and wellness-centered Community Life program.
- Provide services to residents and build meaningful relationships with them.
