About The Position
Legacy of Farmington, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and passionate Community Life Assistant to join their growing team. This role is crucial in enriching the lives of seniors and helping them 'Age Magnificently'. The community is a beautiful 70-unit apartment-style facility offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The team is described as caring, hardworking, and passionate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
