About The Position

Our Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team! Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn’s. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Delano is a growing community with compassionate team members, who help our residents AGE Magnetically, join our team today!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
