About The Position

Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and passionate individuals to join their team as HHAs/CNAs. This role involves enriching the lives of seniors in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, specifically at Legacy of Farmington, a 70-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is located in Farmington, MN, and is known for its caring, hardworking, and passionate team dedicated to helping residents 'Age Magnificently'.

Requirements

• Compassion towards others.
• Passion for enriching the lives of others.
• Experience as a CNA or HHA.
• Ability to work part-time AM (7am-3pm) or PM (3pm-11pm) shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
