About The Position

Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNAs to join their growing team. This community is located in Edina, off a bus route, between Southdale Mall and the YMCA. They help seniors Age Magnificently in a 96-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Yorkshire of Edina provides a growing leadership team and staff.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.

• Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to our residents with their personal care services.
• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
