About The Position
Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide - on call casual to join our growing team! Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide support to our residents with their personal care services.
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
