About The Position

Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide - on call casual to join our growing team! Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn’s! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently.

Requirements

• Compassionate towards others.
• Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
