About The Position
Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant/Memory Care to join their team. Boulder Ponds Senior Living, which opened in spring 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN, is a 95-unit, apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is located near the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, accessible via highway 94. The team is described as fun, caring, and passionate, dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently'. This role is crucial in assisting the Community Life Department Supervisor with developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive community life and wellness programs tailored to resident needs and interests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
