About The Position
Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for HHA/CNAs to join their growing team. Boulder Ponds Senior Living, which opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN, is located on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, near highway 94. The community helps seniors Age Magnificently in a 95-unit, apartment-style setting, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Boulder Ponds Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team dedicated to assisting residents in aging magnificently.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
