About The Position
The Community Life - Activities Assistant supports resident engagement and enrichment at Wellington Rehabilitation & Healthcare. This role assists with resident activities, assessments, and activity profiles; schedules and organizes recreational programming; and encourages residents to participate in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities. The assistant also supports the Community Life Director in expanding services and implementing new ideas, and contributes to improving systems and processes that enhance resident experiences.
