About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, preferably experienced Hospice Community Liaison for its Sandy Springs, Georgia region. The role interacts with the community and promotes the company’s hospice and house-call services. The liaison assesses the service area and company offerings, develops and implements marketing plans, and builds referral relationships with health care organizations and professionals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice community liaison experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Analyze the company's product line.
• Analyze patient and company relationships.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and establish a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and the plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.
