Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office products
Nice To Haves
- Prior Hospice, Palliative and/or Oncology strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing and developing referrals
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key physician groups and referral sources
- Acting as a Liaison to referral sources on behalf of Good Shepherd Hospice
- Identifying potential market growth opportunities and program expansion
- Creating pre-admission evaluations based on medical records to present to Hospice Physicians to determine hospice eligibility
