About The Position

The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking services at Lighthouse and plays a key role in guiding families through the onboarding process. This position is responsible for managing new client inquiries, verifying insurance, coordinating submission of paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and positive intake experience.
