Community Impact Manager
About The Position
At Kohler Credit Union, we believe in making a meaningful impact beyond banking. We're seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Community Impact Manager to join our team onsite at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI. In this role, you'll lead our community engagement strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and strengthen the connections between our organization, our members, and the communities we proudly serve. In this role, you'll drive initiatives that enhance Kohler Credit Union's brand, build strategic community partnerships and create opportunities for employees to give back. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.
- 6+ years of experience in community development, community engagement, nonprofit partnerships, or a related field
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and networking skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and leading community engagement initiatives.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of credit union operations, financial literacy programs, or community advocacy is preferred.

- Manage the Community Impact budget
- Ensure our investments create meaningful value for both our communities and the credit union
